About Us

I am a California Real Estate Licensee (CalBRE # 01923274) and a South Bay/RPV resident since 1996. I currently work at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services as a REALTOR® in the Rolling Hills Estates Office. I have joined the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of REALTORS® in early 2013. Currently, in 2023, I am a serving as a president of Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors®. I have served on PVPAR Board of Directors as a treasurer in 2016 and 2017. I have been and will continue to be involved with and gladly volunteer my time to the PVPAR.

My success in real estate over the past decade is due to my attention to details, understanding and constantly educating myself about the latest market trend and activities, contract, amazing communication skills and superb negotiation skills. Buyers and Sellers who have worked with me, refer me to many of their family and friends and that is where my majority of my business comes from.

Before Real Estate:

I earned my master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) in 1995. I worked for General Motors for 1 year in Michigan before moving to southern California where I worked for Boeing Satellite Systems. After a few years, I moved to Northrop Grumman Space Technology where I was the Lead System Engineer Manager on a multi-million dollars Satellite program.

I enjoy sports, especially Soccer, Skiing, Table Tennis, and Volleyball.

My hobbies are playing Chess and problem solving and puzzles!

I am a proud memeber of the PV Chamber of Commerce and activie in the community.
