About Us

Premier Kaikei is a U.S.–Japan-focused, cross-border accounting and advisory firm serving public companies, privately held businesses, and local small businesses. We provide audit, tax, and advisory services, with particular expertise in M&A, restructuring, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Premier Kaikei has deep roots in the South Bay. One of its two partners grew up in the area, attended North High School, and currently resides in Rancho Palos Verdes. Our bilingual team combines an understanding of U.S. and Japanese business practices with a strong commitment to supporting local companies and the broader community.
