What I hear is great music and what I see is great joy.” - Bluegrass Spin Harmony Sweepstakes National Champions, The Honey Whiskey Trio (Courtney Politano, Ann Louise Thaiss & Christina Wilson) are storytellers in song. All three trained their voices at CSU Long Beach's Jazz Department, and soon after began their award-winning ride within the contemporary a cappella community. Since then, the “Honeys” have picked up instruments and expanded their musical possibilities to folk, bluegrass, the occasional Andrews Sisters style tune, and any melody that catches the ear. Their captivating live performances are brimming with vocal harmonies, body percussion, haunting tunes and bright melodies.
